Sales Limitations
The quantity that can be purchased by one person varies depending on the product.
The maximum number of products that can be sold is the number selected in the "Quantity" section of each product page.

Product shipping time
Ship within 2-3 business days after order is placed. (If shipping is unavoidably delayed, we will notify you by e-mail.)

International shipping  // EMS (Japan post office service)
Our price is NOT landed price, duty tax and local tax will be corrected upon delivery.

How to handle returns
No exchanges or returns will be accepted. However, product exchanges will be accepted only if the product is defective or if a different product from the one ordered arrives. In this case, the member shall notify the Company within 7 days of receipt of the merchandise by the method designated by the Company, and the Company shall replace the merchandise with the ordered merchandise in good condition. However, the Company shall bear the shipping costs for returning and resending the product in question. If we are unable to replace the product, we will issue a refund.
