Exchanges and returns

No exchanges or returns are accepted. However, product exchanges will be accepted only if the product is defective or if a different product from the one ordered arrives. In this case, the customer shall notify the Company within 7 days of receipt of the product by the method designated by the Company, and the Company shall replace the product with a good ordered product. However, the Company shall bear the shipping costs for returning and resending the product in question. If we are unable to replace the product, we will issue a refund.
Damaged or defective products.

The following items are not eligible for exchange or return
Products that are scratched, stained, or damaged due to the customer's responsibility
Product that has been resized or engraved
Product ordered at the customer's convenience, such as wrong size or wrong order
Pre-ordered items
Product with a slight difference between the image on the page and the actual item (including the color of natural stones and beads)
Product for which there is a statement on the product description page that the product cannot be returned or exchanged.
