Returns and exchanges

No exchange or return of products will be accepted. However, we will accept product exchange only if the product is defective or if a different product from the order has arrived. In this case, the customer needs to contact us within 3 days of the arrival of the product, and we will exchange the product. However, we will bear the shipping costs required to return and resend the product. In the event that replacement of the product is unavoidable, we will issue a refund.


・Orders are shipped 2-3 business days after orders were received.
  (If shipping is delayed due to unavoidable circumstances, we will contact you by email.)
・We will ship with Sagawa Express for domestic orders, internations orders will be shipped with EMS (Express Mail Service).

Payment method

・COD (Cash on delivery) This service is not available for made- to - order products and international shipments.
・Credit card (VISA, MASTER,AMEX)
